What is CrossFit®?
CrossFit may be many things, but it begins with a belief in fitness. Defined as “constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity”, CrossFit aims to build strength and conditioning through extremely varied and challenging workouts.
CrossFit is great at developing a broad base of fitness. Rather than working muscles in isolation, CrossFit exercises involve the entire body, building a body that is capable of anything and everything. By combining elements of Olympic weightlifting, body weight exercises, cardio, gymnastics, power lifting, core conditioning and more, CrossFit improves overall fitness.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

New to CrossFit and looking to start your fitness journey with us?
We have two options for you. You can either enroll in our monthly Fundamentals Program or On-Ramp Program.
Our monthly Fundamentals Program is highly recommended for those who are new to fitness or would like individualized attention to become acclimated with CrossFit.
Through the program, athletes attend four one-hour classes and will learn CrossFit’s nine basic fundamentals movements. To ensure maximum safety and to allow for individualized attention for athletes, classes are capped at 15 students.
One-hour classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30 p.m. over a two week period. Each session will include CrossFit fundamental instruction and a mini-WOD (Workout of the Day). Once your two-weeks of instruction are over, you’ll have two-weeks unlimited access to all of our classes.
Our Fundamentals Program is slated to start on Tuesdays on the following dates: April 30, May 21, June 11, July 2, July 23, and August 13.
Our On-Ramp Program is recommended for those who are familiar with weightlifting movements and comfortable using dumbbells, barbells, and medicine balls, and excited to get started.
During this On-Ramp Program, you’ll have a one week trial period with unlimited access to all of our classes. Modification/alternative movements will be provided as needed during this trial period. After you’ve completed your one week trial, you’ll schedule a one-hour one-on-one session for individualized training to go over olympic weightlifting movements (e.g. cleans and snatches). Upon the conclusion of your one-on-one session, you’re welcomed to sign up for a membership!
